FRIDAY, February 10

PRESTON ROBERTS & JESSE DONALDSON MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS DUE

MONDAY, February 13

​ALL ENTRIES ARE DUE BY END OF DAY   
Entries submitted after this deadline will be charged a late fee of $100.

WEDNESDAY, February 15

ALL ENTRY FEES ARE DUE BY 5:00 P.M. TO THE GREATER ENID CHAMBER OFFICE 
Remember a school or county office check must be used for all entries. ​

MONDAY, February 27

​Steer cards due and steers must be in place on the Fairgrounds.

​ALL PAPERED & COMMERCIAL HEIFER cards due in show office.  
All Heifers must be in place on the Fairgrounds to be eligible to show. 
Ag Mechanics projects to be in place on the Fairgrounds

Heifer Show Begins at 8:00 am

​Cattle are released immediately after exhibition and must be removed from their stall after the conclusion of the heifer show.  Animals selected for the premium sale are also released and must be in place by 5:00pm on Monday, March 7th.
SHEEP WILL BE ADMITTED TO THE FAIRGROUNDS AFTER COMPLETION OF THE HEIFER SHOW.

Lamb Classification
     Classification order will be the same as show order.
     Entry card copy will be collected during classification (Bring original to show ring)
Ewe registration check-in (by breed according to show order)
     Bring registration papers, entry card and animal to the show ring for check-in. 

Commercial Breeding Ewe cards due in show office

Lamb Lead (lead portion)

Ewe Show Begins at 10:00 am
Ewe Show Order: Hair, Southdown,
 Shropshire, ​Dorset, Dorset Advantage, Hampshire, Suffolk, Commercial breeding ewes

There will be a 30 minute break between the conclusion of the Ewe Show and the start of the Wether Lamb Show.

Wether Lamb Show Order: Hair Sheep, Southdown, Shropshire, Dorset, White Face Cross, Hampshire, Natural, Suffolk, Black Face Cross.

Sheep are released immediately after exhibition and must be removed from their pen after the conclusion of the sheep show.  Animals selected for the premium sale are also released and must be in place by 5:00pm on Monday, March 7th.

​GOATS WILL BE ADMITTED TO THE FAIRGROUNDS AFTER COMPLETION OF THE SHEEP SHOW.

ALL barrow cards are DUE in Show Office.

Goats are released immediately after exhibition and must be removed from their pen after the conclusion of the wether goat show.  Animals selected for the premium sale are also released and must be in place by 5:00pm on Monday, March 7th.

​HOGS WILL BE ADMITTED TO THE FAIRGROUNDS AFTER COMPLETION OF THE GOAT SHOW.

SATURDAY, March 4

Show order:  Berkshire, Chester, Duroc, Hampshire, Hereford, Landrace, Poland, Spot, Yorkshire, Crossbred

ALL barrows must be at the Fairgrounds at this time to be eligible to show.

​ALL gilt registration papers checked in show office if not submitted electronically.
PUREBRED gilts cards are due in Show Office
COMMERCIAL gilt cards due by 7:30 am on Saturday, March 6th. 

​Barrows are released immediately after exhibition.  Those selected for the Premium Sale must be in place by 5:00pm on Monday, March 7th.

COMMERCIAL gilt cards due.

Gilt Show Begins at 8:00 am
Show order:  Berkshire, Chester, Duroc, Hampshire, Hereford, Poland, Spot, Yorkshire followed by Crossbred Barrows.
​Gilts
 must be at the Fairgrounds at this time to be eligible to show.

Gilts are released immediately after exhibition.  The Supreme, Reserve Supreme, and Bronze Medallion Gilt will be in the Premium Sale and must be in place by 5:00pm on Monday, March 7th.
